Question 1

What should I wear to ALLURA?

Accepted Answer

Dress warmly — October and November evenings in the Pioneer Valley can be quite cool. Layers are your friend. Comfortable walking shoes are a must.

How long does ALLURA take?

Accepted Answer

Most guests spend 45–60 minutes on the path. Your ticket covers the full evening starting with your entry window.

Question 3

Can I buy tickets at the gate?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are only available online at LookAllura.com in advance. Each night has limited capacity and some dates may sell out. Walk-up tickets available via QR code scan for online purchase. No cash sales.

Question 4

How does timed entry work?

Accepted Answer

Your ticket is valid for a specific 15-minute entry window. Arrive within that window and you will be welcomed onto the path. Once inside, you may take as long as you like.

Question 5

Are the pumpkins real?

Accepted Answer

Our forever pumpkins are durable sculpting forms cast from real pumpkins, then illuminated and individually hand-carved. Real pumpkins are not suitable outdoors.
